"Scrappy Serger Quilt"

It is time to take out your favorite fabric scraps and make this ìScrappyî Quilt. The pattern is printed in full color with easy to follow instructions. As you stitch the rows together you are actually quilting the top, batting and backing all at the same time. Add embroideries to the blocks using your favorite designs to complete a theme. The possibilities are endless for this quilt that you can make in 10 hours or less. You will want to make one for all your loved ones as you use up all of your scraps. It can be made on a sewing machine or serger.

Quilter's Dream Cotton batting, Request weight, is recommended for this quilt. It is available at your local independent quilt shop or may be purchased from me.

"Elegant Stitch Sampler"

This sampler is designed as an elegant accent for the center of any table. Select your favorite sewing machine or serger stitches to accent the wedges. The wedges may be joined together with a 2 thread flatlock ladder stitch or use a conventional machine and decorative threads. This project may be adapted to a Tree Skirt by eliminating a wedge and cutting an opening in the center. The wedges are the perfect place for your favorite machine embroideries. This project is not seasonal. Try using your favorite holiday fabrics to make a stunning accent for your table.

Elegant Stitch Sampler

New!!! Lindas Bag of Many Stitches

Create an embellished bag using many stitches from your sewing machine and/or serger.
Select felted wool or any heavier fabric of your choice. You will create a fringe for the edge of the bag along with a rolled button and a serger chain loop for a closure. You have the option of couching beautiful yarns onto the fabric for additional embellishments. Lindaís unique Serger Appliqué method will be taught as you create an accent on the front of the bag. A shoulder strap can be added or simply carry it as a clutch bag. This will be your designer original. You may also want to add an embroidery or a monogram to the front flap. Add beads, charms and decorative buttons to accent the appliqué.
There are 2 views. One has a flap that comes to a point and one has a curved flap.
You can make this bag dressed up with many embellishments or make it more simple and elegant.

Create a gorgeous quilt using your favorite fabrics. Quick strip piecing methods are incorporated into this quilt to speed the piecing process. Each block offers a palette for your favorite floral fabric, themed fabric or favorite embroidery design.
9 patch corner blocks are joined to the sashings between the blocks. The rows of the quilt are sewn/serged in a sandwich fashion with the batting and backing all sewn/serged together. You will have minimal quilting to do after the quilt is sewn together. Two borders are added to the outer edges and a binding completes the quilt.

This pattern has instructions for a pressing mat that acts as a padded surface for your sewing machine or serger. You can use your travel iron on the pressing mat to press small seams. This is great for classes and saves you time. Instructions are also included for a wool pin cushion and thread catcher that can be removed for emptying. There are several pockets to put needed items in during class. You can also add a couple of loops to attach your stylus, scissors or tweezers. The Pan N Press Organizer is great to take to class but you will want one for each machine at home too!

"My Treasures Quilt"

Create a gorgeous quilt using fabric treasures from your cedar chest, antique linens or new linens that look antique. Use your serger and sewing machine to embellish some of the fabrics before they are incorporated into the blocks. The quilt blocks for this quilt are created using a flip and sew piecing on a foundation guide. As you piece beautiful fabrics together you will add your fabric treasures to the block.
Each block will be unique as you select fabrics, linens and laces. Embellish the blocks with decorative machine stitches such as antique quilting or embroidery stitches. This is also a great place to use some of your favorite embroidery designs. Sashings are added between the blocks to accent the theme. The rows of the quilt are sewn/serged in a sandwich fashion with the batting and backing all sewn/serged together.
A border is added to the outer edges and a binding completes the quilt.

This pattern walks you through the process of creating an organizer that you can place your quilt blocks and notions in. Felt pages hold all the pieces to your quilt blocks so you donít lose any on the way to or from class. You can add a Versa-Bag page(s) to the inside on top of felt pages to hold your small notions or feet for your sewing machine or serger. A good choice of fabric for the cover would be one with a sewing or quilt theme. You can also use your decorative stitches on your sewing machine or serger to embellish the cover. You can also stitch your favorite embroidery design on the cover.
